Very good service

I had a smear and a health check this morning and everyone that I saw (receptionist, HCA and nurse) were kind and efficient. I have also found one particular doctor to be very helpful. The surgery feels clean and well organised and it is helpful to be able to submit questions to the GPS via the practice website.

Really Impressed!

I recently moved to the area and signed up to Addison Road surgery. I was initially a little concerned after reading reviews on here, but they've been amazing! Everyone has been really caring and kind, and couldn't help me enough. My first appointment was a smear test which I was very scared about! But the nurse was incredible and put me straight at ease. I also had a medication review with a pharmacist who was incredibly thorough - the best I've ever seen. And the doctor phoned me back within an hour to help with my medication issues. Very happy so far and couldn't recommend enough.

I think Addison Road Medical Practice is a very caring practice. I find the new system of the Doctor ringing you back absolutely brilliant . I have been with the practice for years and have always felt cared for. The doctor and his team are excellent.

They are very helpful and kind people

They listen to your problem carefully and they advice you about it. They generally pass you to the right person that you need. They are kind . They talk nicely. They respect you even if you are nervous or worried about your health. They do your prescription very quickly especially if it is urgent. I have my son who is diabetic they always help me as soon as I call them. Very nice and respectful people.( receptionist).
