Great care and helpful staff

My young children and I have been patients here for the past 3 years. We have found them to provide great care and be very helpful and accommodating. The practice primarily uses eConsult and responds promptly to these, however if there is an urgent problem there is always a Duty Doctor to call back the same day. The Reception team are polite and helpful, and both medical and nursing teams have been friendly and provided excellent clinical care. I would highly recommend.

Excellent support

Due to covid, I've never physically been to the practice, but the phone support has been incredible. All of the doctors are clear, helpful, and understanding. All of the support staff have been empathetic and quick to solve your issues (even when *I* was the one to have made a mistake). I've needed their support a few times this year, and I don't think I've ever had as good an experience with a GP in London

Helpful and Efficient practice

I've been a patient here for over 10 years, and am moving away from the area. But before I move, I'd like to say what a good GP practice this is. They recently contacted me for my over 50 health check, which was a very pleasant surprise, and made me feel they are looking after their patients well.
